I LOVE March Madness. Cinderella stories. Buzzer-beaters. Unsung “heroes”. Oh, and that ever so delicious 4 vs. 13 matchup. What’s not to like?

March is also known for other types of madness: weather. I don’t know about you, but I’m over winter. Isn’t it spring? Just today, here in central Ohio, our HIGH temperature is 44. Yesterday…we had a balmy mid 70’s day. Oh, and the wind, and tornado warnings. 2 weeks ago today, we lost 3 trees in our back yard when wind gusts hit 71mph, just 3 mph shy of hurricane force winds. Madness!

There are other types of madness we all deal with. Please allow me to vent: a friend and colleague is not only dealing with her own cancer, but her brother is as well. Madness! Former customers of mine not being serviced well now that I’m gone. Madness! My travel schedule since mid-January. Madness! the seemingly ten million things happening all over the world, and here in the U.S., all at the same time…..MADNESS!(no, I am not going political here).

However, in the middle of this storm of madness that we are living in(I know, you know, what I’m talking about), is a peace and calm that I have in knowing it is all temporary. My eyes are fixed on the long game. The big prize. I’m “keeping the main thing, the main thing”. Eternity. THAT is the calgon you’re looking for. That is the secret sauce. The magic elixir. Heaven. Jesus.

Now, back to the hoops. Who ‘ya got?!
